Kundalini Yoga group practice:
- Adi Mantra chant
- Pranayama ( breathing )
- Warm-up ( 5 to 10 min )
- Kriya *( 30 to 45 min )
- Relaxing ( 5 to 15 min )
- Meditation ( 11 to 31 min )
- Closing chant
Duration: aprox. 90 minutes. ( bring confortable clothing, a Yoga mat or similar)
